1. Delivery & Shipping Policy
A. Coverage
We offer local delivery across the United Arab Emirates and regional shipping to GCC countries.
B. Shipping Options & Fees
Our checkout process allows you to select your preferred courier service.
Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and available options are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
C. Delivery Times
* UAE deliveries: typically 1–2 business days.
* GCC deliveries: typically 4–15 business days.
* Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays) before dispatch.
D. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from our courier partners.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
At DJ LAB, operated by Triangle Square Trading LLC, we take pride in offering genuine, high-quality audio and DJ equipment from reputable global brands. All products are covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty, with certain brands offering up to 5 years when specified.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The product is defective or malfunctioning.
* The product was damaged in transit.
* The product has been tampered with or missing components upon delivery.
Note: The 7-day window begins from the delivery date recorded by the courier.
Return Process
1. Contact us at info.ae@djlab.xyz within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
3. If approved, we will issue a
return shipping label and detailed instructions.
4. Products must be returned in
original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables.
5. For products that include
software licenses, please ensure the license is deactivated before returning.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are used, tampered with, or missing packaging materials.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
* A replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or product discontinuation.
* The return request has been approved and the returned product passes inspection.
Refunds are processed to the
original payment method within 10–45 business days, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit & Exchanges
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or incorrect shipments, we may offer:
* Store credit (usable on any future purchase at ae.djlab.xyz), or
* Exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.
Such returns must still be in new, unopened condition and approved in advance by our support team.
3. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it is marked as “Processing” in your account.
Once the order status changes to
“Completed”, it means your item has been dispatched and can no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow
10–45 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment processor.
